Payment is due at the time dental treatment is provided unless previous arrangements have been made. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.  


After many years of serving as a participating provider for numerous insurance companies we found we could not continue to provide the high level of care our patients have come to expect at our office while still participating with insurance. By not participating with insurance companies, we are able to keep our focus on our patients and the care they need.  

Many of our patients have PPO dental benefit plans (Metlife, Guardian, UnitedHealthcare, Pomco, Aetna, Delta Dental, Cigna).  More often than not, our fees for preventive dental services such as dental exams, cleanings and fluoride treatments, are covered at 100% by our patients' insurance companies.  As a courtesy,  we will assist you with submitting claims on your behalf.    At your request, a preauthorization can be submitted to your insurance company so that you may see beforehand what your expected out-of-pocket responsibility will be.   

We will assist you in estimating your portion of the fees for dental services; however, we cannot guarantee what your insurance company will pay on a claim.  Please understand that filing your claim is a courtesy our office provides to our patients, but it does not guarantee payment to us.  Therefore, you are ultimately reponsible for payment of our fees.   Also, some dental insurance companies will only send claim payments to the subscriber.   For patients with these insurance companies, we will collect at the time of service, and the insurance company will then reimburse the subscriber of the plan for the claim.
